Get in touch

Email turnstiletracker@gmail.com. Include your app version, iPhone model and a short description of what happened. Please don’t send passwords or sign-in codes.

Signing in

Turnstile currently uses Google sign-in. Use the same Google account each time to see your saved matches and plans. An internet connection is needed to load and save your records.

Recording a match

Find a team or league, open a fixture and choose the attendance action. You can plan an upcoming match or record attendance on match day or afterwards. Plans only count towards your stats once you confirm you attended.

Checking in at a ground

Check-in uses your location after you tap the button and grant permission. If the ground’s location is missing, your signal is weak or you’re too far away, you can still record attendance manually when the fixture is eligible.

Incorrect fixture or ground details

Tell us the teams, competition and match date, or the ground’s name and what needs correcting. A screenshot can help; please hide personal information you don’t want to share.

Your account and data

You can remove individual attendance records in the app. To request help accessing, correcting or deleting your account data, contact us by email. See the privacy policy for more information.
